Home made Italian Crusty Bread

 

Found a recipe online and it turned out great.  Really simple and taste great.  I did make sure I scored bread from one end to the other to give it an open look.  I also baked it on 425 F for the whole time (until it was a nice colour and it felt lighter when i lifted it).  I did let it rest the first 2 hours then kneed it again into the shape of the bread and let sit on parchment for another 45 min. covered.

Then parchment and bread into the over on a stone. I am very happy with results

Two Ships that Pass in the Night

 

God really must have a sense of humour. He created me. As I think about all the experience God must have. How could anyone else ever do what He does?  I can’t fathom how busy He is all the “time”. TIME, what is that to Him anyways?  I think about a one day old child and one day to a child is its whole life to that point.  One day in my life is a very small percentage of my whole life until now.  The bible says in 2 Peter 3:8 “But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.” I believe that the big should always be big with all the experience that goes with it, so that they can keep order.  Everything cost something.

May God take great care of all of us because of all the thought that must have gone into Creation.

Conciousness

What is life?  Conception, fetus, birth, child, youth, adult, death, after life, eternity, if we make it though all of these. Is life all of them?  A change of state.  Conciousness, is it through all the states of being?  Does conciousness ever die for a being?  The Bible says that we go to heaven. But where is it? Are there people who have passed on that are there already or does everyone awaken together there at the same time? Spirituality and Christianity have so much in common. How can these concepts be separated completely?

It’s about the journey but the destination is so important.  If its for eternity, do we continually evolve after this existence?  Do we really have the answers or just more questions?

I guess only Conciousness will tell.
