Home made Italian Crusty Bread

 

Found a recipe online and it turned out great.  Really simple and taste great.  I did make sure I scored bread from one end to the other to give it an open look.  I also baked it on 425 F for the whole time (until it was a nice colour and it felt lighter when i lifted it).  I did let it rest the first 2 hours then kneed it again into the shape of the bread and let sit on parchment for another 45 min. covered.

Then parchment and bread into the over on a stone. I am very happy with results
